We also offer wellness consultations throughout pregnancy to improve pelvic floor health, establish healthy exercise routines, and prepare for childbirth. After delivery, we continue to offer postpartum wellness and rehabilitation to encourage continued pelvic floor health, resume or begin exercise programs and facilitate optimal core recovery. We also help with postpartum problems such as: 

  • Painful scarring after vaginal or caesarean birth

  • Pelvic girdle pain

  • Low back pain

  • Diastasis rectus abdominis

  • Bladder problems (incontinence or voiding difficulties)

  • Bowel problems (constipation or fecal incontinence)

  • Sexual pain
